PRODUCT OVERVIEW
MoisturLok® is a carbohydrate-based liquid binder/extender that provides unprecedented moisture control in processed, whole muscle meat and poultry products.  It has a bland, neutral flavor and will not affect the taste or appearance of finished products.  It is available in both liquid and powder forms.


USAGE
Simply add MoisturLok® to the other ingredients in the formulation and proceed with production as usual.


CERTIFICATIONS
MoisturLok® is Kosher and Parve under the supervision of the Orthodox Union.  MoisturLok® is an all-natural, unrefined product that is Non-GMO, gluten-free, corn-free and contains no MSG.  It is GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) under U.S. food standards.
